I don't have a problem reading except when the books/passages I am reading are SO boring. I love to read books that are interesting and that I enjoy. I have a hard time paying attention if the material does not catch my attention or if the book is very complicated to understand. There has only been one book that I have attemped to read that I gave up on because the story was too hard to understand, and that was Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness.
I am not the best writer out there. Like I have stated above, I have a hard time paying attention to things I don't care to do. Coming up with creative ideas is not my forte; therefore, it takes me longer to finish a paper than those who are more creative. But I am not a horrible writer, either.
