In class assignments, however, come very easy to me. I have written many papers that have received high letter grades. Writing comes easy to me, where as reading, not so much. I like being able to express my thoughts through words. It makes much more sense that way. I do not always have the most perfect writing style, but I write the way I feel. It's easy for me to read what I write, but I find it difficult to often read what others have read, because everyone has different thoughts. No one's thoughts are the same when down in context.

In Class Writing 1
Writing and reading are basically one in the same to me. They both take effort to teach you something. However, I feel reading takes more effort. It is hard for me to stay focused, especially when I have to read something. I have a short attention span, so sometimes I have to reread things more than twice to fully understand the information I am trying to obtain. For example, my SAT score for the writing portion was not very good. Normally, I am an average writer. I get my point across and do my best to stay on topic. I did not understand the prompt that the SAT book gave us, so my writing was affected. I had a negative reading experience, which ultimately resulted in a negative writing experience as well.
