The setting is a road to recovery and vehicles with economy on it going to recovery, but Obama is saying there are going to be bumps on the way. -Why? U.S. Citizens know they are in a recession and they want to get out of the recession now, and Obama wants to get out of the recession. -How? People want to get out of the recession now, but majority of citizens think they will get out of the recession now. It is not that simple to do so.
