Where: This is happening all around the world and the windmills are usually built in the country side because there is usually more wind power where there are no high buildings to block the flow of the wind.\
Why: This is happening because the world is becoming more technologically advanced and we need to be more sustainable before the we ruin our planet with our nasty habits.
