Cartoon Zero Draft

What: This cartoon depicts the democrats and republicans arguing about a bill.
Who: The elephant and the donkey that represent the two parties. It also appeals to everyone because of the way the humor is depicted. More in depth, the way democrats and republicans jump on any opportunity to call the other wrong.
When: They are arguing about a bill, so one could deduct that it takes place in congress. Whenever congress is in session over a bill they argue different points between parties.
Where: As stated before, congress. They are arguing about a bill that was made and saying they are targeting them in the November race. The other yells "RACE ATTACK!", completely twisting the other's words.
Why: Politicians take any opportunity to jump in front of the other and make the other party look bad. All though it is really funny, the politician is trying to make the other look bad by saying he is targeting different races
How: By the twisting of words and the distortion of the other's image.
